Privacy Policy — 3Ket

3Ket ("we") operates the 3Ket marketplace app for buying, selling and exchanging vehicles and other goods in Armenia. This policy describes what data we collect and how we use it.

Data we collect

• Phone number — used to create and sign in to your account (SMS verification).
• Profile info — name and optional profile photo you provide.
• Listings content — photos, descriptions, prices and attributes of items you publish.
• Messages — chat messages you exchange with other users inside the app.
• Technical data — device push token (for notifications), basic logs for security and reliability.

How we use it

Only to operate the marketplace: account sign-in, publishing listings, chat between buyers and sellers, notifications about offers and messages, and fraud prevention. We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising or tracking.

Sharing

Listing content (photos, description, price) is public to other users. Your phone number is visible only in chats/listings where you choose to share it. Infrastructure providers (hosting, cloud storage, push delivery) process data on our behalf.

Retention & deletion

Data is kept while your account is active. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at rustamyanarsen@gmail.com — we will process the request within 30 days.
